Delivery Rates
Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3-7 business days depending on your location.
Express Delivery (if applicable): Delivered within 1-3 business days for an additional charge.
While we strive to meet these timelines, external factors such as courier delays or weather conditions may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: Available on orders above ₹439.
Standard Shipping Fee: ₹99 for orders below ₹439.
Returns
Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, in the rare instance of:
- Damaged Packaging
- Incorrect Product Delivered
- Missing Items
We will address these issues promptly. Please report any concerns within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting us at team.furrmate@gmail.com with relevant details and photos.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package 2 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the package will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching your order.
