At Furrmate, we produce fresh, preservative-free pet food with strict quality controls. To maintain product safety and ensure fairness to all customers, we do not accept order cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Why Cancellations & Refunds Are Not Allowed

• Our products are food items and cannot be resold or reused once dispatched.
• Each order is processed and packed fresh, making cancellation or refund logistically and hygienically impossible.
• This policy helps us maintain strict quality standards and keep prices fair for all pet parents.

If Your Dog Doesn’t Like the Product

We understand that every dog has different preferences. If your dog does not get along with our food, we kindly encourage you to donate the remaining product to a nearby animal shelter or local feeders instead of discarding it. This ensures the food benefits another animal in need.
